About On Demand!

On Demand! Programs and Events was founded in 2009 by Natalie Joy Kaye with the intention of connecting high quality performers and speakers to the Bucks County community and beyond.

As a talent agency, speakers bureau, and event planner wrapped into one, On Demand! has brought world-class performers, authors, and motivational speakers to a diverse group of venues including: theaters, schools, colleges, libraries, music venues, museums, faith based and cultural organizations, community and senior centers, assisted living and memory care facilities and corporations across the Greater Philadelphia region.

Based in Newtown, Pennsylvania, On Demand’s mission is to create inspiring programs that enrich our lives and promote positive change. On Demand! is truly a full-service entertainment agency, providing marketing, publicity and logistical support to its artists and clients.

Our Talent

On Demand’s talent roster has steadily grown over the past 15 years – beginning with just a dozen performers to now featuring 80 world-class performers and speakers and authors. Our diverse, talented pool of performers includes Broadway musical stars, classical instrumentalists, singer/songwriters, operatic vocalists, popular music performers of all eras, jazz duos and trios, Flamenco, Brazilian and Klezmer groups, Beatles, Classic Rock and other bands, comedians and musicians. Speaker clients include educators, historians, reenactors, humanitarians, health and wellness professionals, and authors of all genres. 

Our Programs

Five years ago, On Demand! delivered around 300 programs a year; today, that number has exponentially grown to over 1,000 programs annually. Programs are offered as single events, themed seasonal events and year-long programs all at a reasonable price. Programs range from one hour talks or workshops to full length concerts.  On Demand works with you to customize programs to fit your specific needs.

On Demand! has brought distinguished performers, speakers, and authors to many of the area’s noted cultural destinations, including the Bucks County Playhouse, The James A. Michener Art Museum, the Mercer Museum, and the Zlock Performing Arts Center at Bucks County Community College and the Patriot’s Theater at Trenton War Memorial. Additionally, for the past five years, On Demand! has partnered with the Dementia Society of America to provide programs that enhance the lives of those living with Dementia.

 On Demand! also brings educational programs to venues throughout the Philadelphia region and  NJ, and has a national presence serving universities and schools.

During the 2020-21 pandemic, On Demand! continued to provide its services to clients by launching a variety of original and customizable virtual programs.  This not only benefits our clients, but helps our performers get through a most difficult time due to COVID-19 cancellations and closures of most venues.  Due to the popularity of these programs, On Demand plans to make virtual programming an ongoing offering to its clients.
