More About Natalie

Winner of the YWCA’s Salute to Women Making a Difference Award among other honors, Natalie Kaye founded On Demand! Programs and Events to merge her passion for public service with her wealth of experience in event planning, programming, talent booking, and fundraising.

Natalie has been involved in the production of conferences, trade shows, seminars, workshops, and live performances for over 30 years. She began her career as a top-ranking salesperson for Fortune 500 corporations such as Merck, GE, Arco, and DuPont. Over the years, she’s created a variety of successful events, including pharmaceutical symposia, conferences on new technologies, product-launch seminars, educational retreats, fundraising galas, and even celebrity concerts at Carnegie Hall. She has produced events with a wide range of distinguished speakers and performers including bestselling authors Marianne Williamson and Judith Viorst, celebrated educator Erin Gruwell (who inspired the movie Freedom Writers starring Hilary Swank), and Broadway star Cris Groenendaal.

A longtime resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Natalie is widely recognized as a community advocate and an ambassador for justice, tolerance, and equality. She was appointed by the Bucks County Commissioners to serve on the Human Relations Council and the Women’s Advisory Counci— which she chaired for two years and seven years, respectively. She was instrumental in developing and leading the Human Services Communications Coalition of over 50 human service agencies in Bucks County, and served as Vice President of the Bucks County Committee for Interracial Harmony. In 2001, she organized the No Place for Hate Committee in Newtown, Pa.—the first community in Pennsylvania to be certified as a No Place for Hate Community, and named a model program by the Anti-Defamation League.

As the first coordinator of the Bucks County Community College Women’s Center, Natalie organized a robust lineup of educational programs, performing arts, and distinguished speakers including bestselling author Gail Sheehy and 6ABC anchor Tamala Edwards. She formed a speakers’ bureau and launched the college’s annual Women’s History Month series. As chairwoman of the annual “Day for All Women” for 5 years, she organized a wide variety of presenters and performers and attracted hundreds of attendees from across the region.

In her work with On Demand! Programs and Events, Natalie brings her professional expertise, vast network of contacts, and tireless commitment to exceeding expectations. She serves a variety of clients including corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations—producing unforgettable programs and events that inspire, enrich, and promote positive change.
